Birthday Cake

So my mom made an orange cake for my son's birthday at his preschool. She did not want to put too much icing or it will be too sweet for the kids and initially have no idea what pattern to make with the icing.

To be honest, the pattern isn't the best looking (shh!) but the cake tastes good :)
